Automation equipment function description
1. The X-axis vacuum gantry suction unit adopts a double-guide gantry mechanism, servo motor drive, and SMC vacuum pressure gauge to monitor the vacuum degree, which can make the vacuum suction more stable, efficient and intelligent.
2. The Y-axis finished product storage bin unit adopts servo platform drive and can accurately translate, and the material rack is equipped with 06 sets for higher efficiency;
3. The water outlet cutting, hot line, and drainage outlet material mechanism adopts high-speed steel cutter to quickly cut the water outlet without burrs and good surface finish, and the low-voltage temperature control of 0 to 20V is safer and more convenient;
Servo drive injection molding machine function description
1. High-speed injection molding machine has excellent molding stability, more energy-saving, drive system pressure and flow are controlled by closed loop, compared with traditional injection molding machine, the molding repetition accuracy is significantly improved, the oil temperature is constant, the motor outputs hydraulic oil in proportion to avoid excess heat generation, super performance and environmental protection, the whole machine runs with low noise and runs more quietly.
2. Professional injection molds can save rubber materials, the surface of the molded products is beautiful, and the size of the water outlet materials is less wasteful.
